一、英文部分
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
FOR LINEAR TWO-CAP T8 LED LAMPS WITH BUILT-IN DRIVER
The lamps are designed for local and general lighting of industrial, public and residential buildings in AC networks with frequency of 50 Hz and nominal voltage of 230V.
Lamp specifications:
The rated voltage of the lamps is 230 V;
The operating voltage range is 195 ... 265 V;
The rated frequency of the lamps is 50 Hz;
The power factor of the lamps is greater than 0.5;
The color rendering index of the lamps must be greater than 80 (Ra > 80);
Lamp color temperature: 3000K, 4000K, 6500K;
Ripple coefficient of luminous flux of lamps - less than 5%;
Type of base - G13 (IEC 60061-1);
The ambient operating temperature range is minus 40 °C … plus 40 °C.
The lamps must not have open circuits in current-carrying parts, as well as short-circuiting of current inlets between themselves and other parts of the lamps.
There must be no moving foreign particles inside the lamps that could cause the lamps to malfunction.
Both pins of both bases on the finished lamp must pass simultaneously and freely through the parallel 3.05 mm wide longitudinally arranged slots.
The design of the caps must ensure that it is firmly fixed to the bulb without allowing its displacement relative to the bulb during and after operation when torque gradually increasing up to 1.0 N*m is applied to it.
The insulation resistance of the bases on the finished lamp should be at least 2 MOhms after the lamps have been in the heat and humidity chamber.
Lamps shall withstand, under normal climatic conditions without breakdown or bridging, a test voltage of 1500 V AC 50 Hz applied between the base body and the pins.
The lamp base housing must not be energized.
Lamp parts shall be flame retardant and resistant to ignition.
The body material of the bases is aluminum.
The bulb material of the lamps is electrolamp glass.
General appearance of lamps and overall dimensions should correspond to those shown in Figure 1 and Table 1.

技术要求
适用于带内置驱动器的线性两帽 T8 LED 灯
这些灯设计用于交流网络中工业、公共和住宅建筑的局部和一般照明,频率为 50 Hz,标称电压为 230V。
灯管规格:
灯具额定电压为230V;
工作电压范围为195 ... 265 V;
灯具的额定频率为50Hz;
灯具功率因数大于0.5;

灯的载流部件不得开路,灯本身与灯的其他部件之间的电流入口不得短路。
灯内不得存在可能导致灯发生故障的移动异物。
成品灯上两个灯座的两个销钉必须同时且自由地穿过平行的 3.05 毫米宽的纵向排列的槽。
灯帽的设计必须确保其牢固地固定在灯泡上,在操作过程中和操作后,当扭矩逐渐增加到1.0 N*m时,灯帽不会相对于灯泡发生位移。
将灯放入湿热室后,成品灯底座的绝缘电阻应至少为 2 MOhms。
在正常气候条件下,灯应能承受在基体和插脚之间施加 1500 V AC 50 Hz 的测试电压,而不会击穿或桥接。
灯座外壳不得通电。
灯部件应阻燃且耐点燃。
底座的主体材料为铝。
